I would just like to say Shukran to Koelsum Roberts, Sheikh Imraan and Reaaz for having contributed with the Qadr of Allah in making our Umrah December 2019, a journey myself and my husband will never forget. I know that Sheikh Imraan and Reaaz are still in makkah assisting Allah’s guests and have been there since the 18th of December with us , may Allah reward you and your families abundantly in this world and in the aaghiera Inshaa Allah. Shukran Sheikh for making our umrah that night a beautiful experience and being with us step by step through our tawaaf and saaiy, cannot be easy.
Shukran to Reaaz for his sabr when attending to our a accomodation, the logistics of our ziyaarits, our boarding of our flight home from jeddah and all our complaints. Sheikh you also added so much more value and knowledge to our ziyaarets. We are eternally greatful to you both and we made doah that Allah grants you your health and the organization it’s sustenance to continue serving guests to the best of your ability. Koelsum, shukran to you for always answering our many emails, queries and managing our expectations.
We shared this journey with you too and we are just as greatful to you for always going out of your way in assisting us and having contributed to this once in a lifetime journey. We make DOAH that Allah grants my husband and I the privilege again inshaa Allah and this time to perform our first hajj inshaa Allah and that we would have your organization to rely on again for the sterling service.
